How long is my quote valid for?
Quotations are valid for a maximum of 30 days
Is immediate cover available?
Yes, by speaking to one of our advisers you can be insured within a matter of minutes (office hours are 9am – 5pm).
Am I entitled to a no claims bonus?
Yes, you can achieve a no claims discount of up to 50% on our package policies and up to 20% on our liability only policies.
How can I pay my premium?
You can either pay by credit card, cheque or if you prefer why not finance your premium over 10 monthly instalments
(finance is subject to an interest charge please ask for details).
How long will it take before I receive my policy documents?
Once cover has been agreed policy documents are despatched immediately and should arrive to you within 3 working days
(we can also send them via email).
What if I need additional cover?
If you have any amendments in relation to the cover provided on your policy, we have a dedicated policy administration department who will be able to assist you.
How do I make a complaint?
If you wish to make a complaint please contact our complaints department on 0800 197 5515 and we will do our utmost to resolve your problem.
If I decide not to proceed with my policy can I cancel it and receive my premium back?
If you are not happy with your insurance policy you may cancel it providing you have not made a claim with us. We require written confirmation of cancellation (by post, fax or email) within 14 days of the date the insurance is concluded. We will refund any premiums paid, however, we will retain our policy administration fee that is stated on the schedule.
