Yes, by speaking to one of our advisers we can arrange insurance for you within a matter of minutes (office hours are 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday).
How can I pay my premium?
You can either pay by credit card (subject to 2% charge), cheque, bacs payment or if you prefer you can finance your premium over 10 monthly direct debit instalments (subject to a credit assessment and an interest charge).
How long will it take before I receive my policy documents?
Once your insurance cover has been agreed you should expect to receive your policy documentation within 7 working days (we can also send them via email).
What if I need additional cover?
If you have any amendments in relation to the cover provided on your insurance policy then simply contact us and one of our account handlers will be able to assist you.
How do I make a complaint?

If I decide not to proceed with my policy can I cancel it and receive my premium back?
If you are not happy with your insurance policy you may cancel it providing you have not made a claim with us. We require written confirmation of cancellation (by post, fax or email) within 14 days of the date the insurance is concluded. We will refund any premiums paid, however, we will retain our policy administration fee.
